This smokeless moxibustion set pairs a handcrafted wooden moxa box with 25 aged moxa sticks, known in TCM as Ai Zhu (艾柱) made from processed mugwort leaves of Artemisia argyi. Traditional Uses

In TCM tradition, moxibustion with mugwort has long been used to apply gentle heat to acupuncture points and meridians, especially around the navel (Shen Que) and lower abdomen. Practitioners traditionally associate this warmth with supporting circulation, easing sensations of cold, and promoting relaxation. Sessions are commonly kept short, with the lit moxa held a safe distance from the skin.
